I am a licensed marriage and family therapist providing mental health services to families and individuals in the Fairfield county area. I've worked with individuals and families from all walks of life dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression and major life stressors. At my practice my goal is to provide clients and families with a safe place to heal and grow. I view the individual person as a 'whole'; I consider all parts of the individuals' life that contribute to their distress, whether that may be a stressful job, martial issues, an acting out teenager, financial strains, acculturation issues, a recent loss, etc.
Our emotional experiences impact our overall well being, from our social life to our physical and mental health. At my practice, the 'wellness' of the individual, couple and or family is important to me. I want to help my clients achieve a healthy and fulfilling life they deserve.
