Wellness Matters Mental Health is a group practice located in Wolfeboro, NH. Along with in person support, we provide telehealth support throughout New Hampshire. Our therapists are dedicated to supporting and facilitating lasting change by providing treatment to diverse populations including adults, children, adolescents and the LGBTQ+ community.
Our team of therapists offer outpatient therapy for various Mental Health issues including but not limited to, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Stress, and Addiction. The approaches used to treat the various mental health challenges are dynamic, evidenced-based and personalized to each individual we serve.
Approaches used include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
