Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward. Others are navigating their identity, major life transitions, relationships, or the pressures that can come from family, school, work, and life. I especially enjoy working with teens, young adults, and adults who are seeking a greater understanding, healthier coping strategies, and meaningful change. I’m also passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community, and I understand how important it is to have a space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted.

Life can feel heavy at times, whether you’re navigating grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, or a major life transition. I work with adolescents and adults who are trying to make sense of their experiences, better understand themselves, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. With a background in bereavement and community-based support, I bring both professional training and deep compassion to the counseling space.

As an LPC Intern in private practice, I bring fresh training, current research-based approaches, and close supervision to ensure thoughtful and ethical care. I am passionate about helping clients build resilience, confidence, and healthier coping skills that extend beyond the therapy room.
If you are struggling you’re not alone — and support can make a meaningful difference. Whether it’s a child having difficulty managing big emotions, a teen feeling overwhelmed by school or social pressures, or an adult quietly carrying stress and sadness, I provide a warm and supportive space where healing can begin.

Often times we may think we have all the answers, one task after the next, one problem after the next. In the midst of so much surrounding stimuli we often forget to take a moment in the beauty of stillness. Stillness is such a simple word, but it can be difficult to achieve or appreciate but it is not impossible. As a therapist I have always believed if you show someone the window, they will find the door themselves. As you look through the window, I hope you find comfort in knowing this is a place you can be seen and heard whenever you are ready.
