It’s fine. I'm fine. Everything is FINE! How many times have we said that to ourselves or others and deep down we know it isn't true? Sometimes it’s just easier to tell ourselves that rather than get to the root of the problem. Are you a highly functioning person who feels more anxious, unsettled, alone, frustrated, or empty than you’d like? Ongoing optimism, a growth-mindset, acceptance, and a nonjudgmental space help my clients move forward. I have previously worked with a diverse range of clients at Ohio Wesleyan University, in various public and private education roles, and in several corporate positions.

An experienced generalist, I specialize in high functioning anxiety and perfectionism. My other clinical interests are depression, trauma, work challenges, family of origin concerns, attachment, stress management, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, parenting, relationships, life transitions, attention issues, and overall wellness.
