I work with a diverse array of clients, including active and retired military, police, and other first responders, as well as victim/survivors of trauma, chronic illness, substance use, and the LGBTQ+ population. I have skills for the variety of concerns that my populations encounter, including, complex PTSD, trauma, severe anxiety, adjustment, re-integration, communication, TBI/ABIs, phobias, substance use, and mood dysregulation. Most importantly, I work with clients that come how they are, how they can, and with everything they have.

My main focus is trauma and PTSD. My secondary focus is on Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome and Parental Alienation. I also do a lot of work with anxiety (social and generalized), addictions, depression, abuse (of all kinds). These are often tied to my two main focuses. I have a lot of experience working with military personnel and veterans.

I have worked with a diverse set of populations providing trauma therapy and neurofeedback therapy. Throughout my career, I have built trauma-focused programs at different mental health organizations. With a passion for working with combat veterans, I have also been a contracted Neurofeedback clinician with the Lone Survivor Foundation to serve those that served our nation. I led a trauma team in the Santa Fe District to implement systems and provide trauma-wellness counseling services to students and staff in the district in response to the May 18th mass violence tragedy at Santa Fe High School.

I plan to work and incorporate holistic and integrative care with individuals, couples, and families by assessing and addressing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects. At the Child Behavior Center we work with you, and with your child. To help a child, we must help mom and dad too! We assist you in navigating the ups and downs of frustrating, often puzzling child behavior. Specializing in treatment for high functioning autism (Aspergers Syndrome in the past,) PDD (pervasive developmental delay), and many children with behavioral differences and challenges, we design treatment plans individualized for neuroatypical, developmentally challenged children, children with high anxiety, anger, aggression, and sensory overload, among others. A natural partner with these problems is often social rejection.
