I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in the state of Texas. I graduated with a MS in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. Throughout my career I have had experience in working with clients who have depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, dissociative identity disorder, schizoaffective disorder, gender/identity struggles, life adjustment stressors, grief, phobias, and PTSD/trauma. I am trained to treat clients with PTSD and trauma through Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM).

Making the decision to start counseling is often difficult, and I would be honored to work with you in re-designing a lifestyle where you can experience more positivity, strength, and growth. At the Child Behavior Center we work with you, and with your child. To help a child, we must help mom and dad too! We assist you in navigating the ups and downs of frustrating, often puzzling child behavior. Specializing in treatment for high functioning autism (Aspergers Syndrome in the past,) PDD (pervasive developmental delay), and many children with behavioral differences and challenges, we design treatment plans individualized for neuroatypical, developmentally challenged children, children with high anxiety, anger, aggression, and sensory overload, among others.
