These abilities include: Intellectual Functioning (IQ); Academic Achievement; Learning & Memory; Attention & Executive Functioning; Language & Phonological Processing; Visual-Spatial Skills & Visual-Motor Integration; Fine Motor Coordination; Adaptive Functioning; Emotional & Behavioral Functioning; Social Skills & Pragmatic (Social) Language. Using these results, I can help coordinate care with your child's other medical providers, suggest school recommendations (including IEP/504 Plans), and provide referrals to specialists and professionals that can help your child maximize his or her functioning and potential.

Dr. Levi Armstrong is a doctoral-level, clinical neuropsychologist who specializes in testing and treatment for children (ages 3+), adolescents, and adults suffering from diseases and illnesses affecting the brain. Common diagnoses evaluated for include ADHD or ADD, autism or Asperger's, traumatic brain injury, stroke, and dementia. As a graduate of UTSW and Lead Counselor at a Neuro Transitional Center in Dallas, I specialize in adjustment to disability and recovery from Traumatic Brain Injury, Post-Concussive Disorder, Acquired Brain Injury, Stroke and Spinal Cord Injury. Not only adjustment for the survivor but for their families and caregivers. I am passionate about helping individuals work toward having as much control over their lives as possible while providing the tools to do so. Within my work, I have adopted the therapeutic model of trauma recovery from Pia Mellody at The Meadows, as I witnessed firsthand how her Model of Developmental Immaturity has successfully and thoroughly addressed all forms of developmental trauma. I have been trained in Post Induction Therapy (PIT), a method to treat developmental immaturity through inner child and feeling reduction work. This method is used in workshops at The Meadows in Wickenburg, AZ, commonly known as the “Survivors Week.”.
