Hello! Congratulations on taking your first step toward self-discovery, healing, and growth! This is a safe space to unmask and simply be human. Seeking support isn't a sign of weakness, it's in fact an act of strength. I welcome your strength to this space and so proud of you for taking care of yourself. As a compassionate multicultural clinician, therapy with me won't just be a response to crisis, I am also here for the laughs, to celebrate milestones, and/or to be just be a listening ear. I provide comprehensive mental health services including counseling and coaching for individuals and groups as well as workplace well-being.

I am a Licensed Psychologist with specialized training in the evaluation of autism, learning disabilities, intellectual, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and behavioral difficulties. I treat adults, adolescents and children. I have a holistic/integrative approach which focuses on the relationship between mind, body, and spirit attempting to understand and address the ways issues in one aspect of a person can lead to concerns in other areas. With an integrative approach to mental health and wellness, I am available to collaborate with your other health providers (e.g., psychiatrists, holistic/alternative/functional medicine doctors).

Mrs. Rahim started RCCS in 2010. Her first experience in the field in 2007 was at the Veteran Hospital's Pain Clinic and In-patient Area. After Graduation, she spent some time in the Middle East and voluntarily served her time and knowledge with familial issues and women issues. She has experienced hospice and loss, & understands grief and suicide. Her years of experience is wide as she has worked with clients and their families about depression, anxiety, addiction, multi-cultural, multi-racial family and marital issues. She works well with adults and adolescents dealing with self esteem and communication issues.

Clearhope Sugarland supports children, teens, adults, couples, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, mental illness, relational distress, school performance, or general life functioning. We believe no one should hurt alone and will offer unconditional positive regard and support as you chart your path to hope and healing.

All of us have experienced life's difficulties. Finding a way to work through these problems and begin to understand ourselves, and grow in the process, is what counseling is about. I provide a nuturing, safe, confidential environment where you can discover yourself, and learn healthy coping strategies . I work with adults, adolescents and children who suffer from depression, anxiety disorders, substance abuse, and other mental health diagnoses. I also work with couples, families and provide group counseling.

I have successfully taught children as early as those in Program Head Start, before becoming a Texas Teacher & School Counselor, and ultimately a LPC-Supervisor . As a child advocate who tries to understand the needs of the child in hopes of helping with mental or emotional turmoil. One may say or think that I specialize in treating children? This would be false, because I can't recall a situation where I could help the child without helping the parents, and even the whole family. Family history and dynamics plays a "Huge" role in your child's development and behaviors.

I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We all have what it takes inside to make it over life's hurdles. But sometimes we need a helping hand. I am here to give you the support and skills you need to overcome the difficulties you face. I understand that looking for a therapist is a vulnerable experience. Be assured that I will see you as a person rather than a diagnosis. I believe that each person is unique and so should their therapy be. As such, I draw from multiple psychological approaches and tailor my approach to your specific needs.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my passion is to assist you in developing the tools you need to effectively heal, resolve issues, and achieve your desired life changes. Life can be full of many challenges, that can often present themselves at some of the most unexpected times in our lives. We are often never prepared to deal with these challenges, but somehow find a way to get through them, by reach out for assistance to help us to defeat them.
