After careful consideration, I discovered Counseling/ Psychology to be a perfect avenue. Completing my education and mastering the professional licensure examinations has led to a fulfilling occupational advancement. Current therapy focuses on rural and urban areas. I also have over 3000 professional psychotherapy/counseling hours working with young adults and couples. My name is Iesha Anderson. I was born and raised in Houston, TX and graduated from Prairie View A&M University. I also attended Texas Southern University with a Bachelors in Psychology. Academics were a very important part of my life. I realized at an early age that education was vital to my future success in life and the life of others. I have always had a passion for counseling and helping since the first day I sat in my psychology course during my journey in undergraduate school. My experience in Real Estate, taxes, customer service, and mental health has equipped me with the ability to relate and understand where others are coming from. I have always had a passion for special populations and was blessed to find a career that combined my love for both, families and individuals.

I provide community based and Telehealth services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Intellectual Disabilities as well as other diagnoses like AD/HD, depression, anxiety, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. I offer testing to look at diagnosis, treatment or school services, as well as for obtaining citizenship/immigration purposes, veterans benefits, guardianship, and other court purposes. I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I provide consultation to organizations and give presentations on many topics.
