She has extensive training and experience in treating trauma, autism, depression, bi-polar disorder, and anxiety. She believes the brain-gut connection needs to be explored in therapy due to the gut microbiome's involvement in producing neurotransmitters. Her approach to mental health is modern and informed with the goal to treat and introduce optimal health.
