I know that it can be daunting and nerve-wracking to take the step to start therapy, but know I am here to support you as you go through the ups and downs of that journey. Counseling is such a deeply personal experience and I believe that it is different for each and every person. This is why I aim to create a judgment-free environment in our sessions where you will feel comfortable and safe to be your true self because that is where the most growth takes place.

All of us have experienced life's difficulties. Finding a way to work through these problems and begin to understand ourselves, and grow in the process, is what counseling is about. I provide a nuturing, safe, confidential environment where you can discover yourself, and learn healthy coping strategies . I work with adults, adolescents and children who suffer from depression, anxiety disorders, substance abuse, and other mental health diagnoses. I also work with couples, families and provide group counseling.

Using sound innovative psychotherapeutic techniques I work with my clients towards their goals. I have experience working with a wide variety of life problems and mental health disorders, but my primary interests include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), academic issues, panic/phobias, anger management, addiction, couples, marriage, and family relationship issues.
