Dear Prospective Clients, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC) in the State of Texas and, a Board-Certified Counselor (BCCC) recognized by the National Association of Christian Counselors (NACC). I started out as a Teacher in Inner and Outer London schools in the United Kingdom working with children, adolescents, and their families. I have worked with clients from all walks of life, including clients from all faith/no faith background comprising of children, adolescents, adults, and their families. I am very passionate about Counseling and I believe that I can help the needy to stand.

I have extensive experience working with family caregivers facing illness, advance care planning, death/dying and bereavement. I work with women to enhance their ability to cope with stressors across the lifespan, including infertility, post-partum depression and empty nest challenges.

As a board certified neurotherapist and licensed professional counselor, I can identify the cause of your symptoms including anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep, behavior, performance, and memory issues, among many others. Research has shown you can link these symptoms to specific brain regions and train the brain to function more effectively. Optimize Mind Care specializes in QEEG ("brain mapping") and Neurofeedback ("brain training" or EEG biofeedback). These methods are brain-based techniques that create a treatment approach based on biology and a patient's symptoms, instead of symptoms alone, in order to address the root cause.
