I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We all have what it takes inside to make it over life's hurdles. But sometimes we need a helping hand. I am here to give you the support and skills you need to overcome the difficulties you face. I understand that looking for a therapist is a vulnerable experience. Be assured that I will see you as a person rather than a diagnosis. I believe that each person is unique and so should their therapy be. As such, I draw from multiple psychological approaches and tailor my approach to your specific needs.
My life has been dedicated to helping people whether it was through my first career as a dental hygienist, my volunteer work with children and adolescents, or my current career as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Integrative Nutrition Coach. I have over 14 years of client care experience.
In order to incorporate all aspects of mental health, I also have a certificate in integrative nutrition. My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, sexuality, gender, abuse, grief, trauma, coping skills, and communication. I also provide parent consultations for those who are struggling to know how to help their children.
