We all reach a point in our lives when we can benefit from some outside assistance. My specialties include helping families with teens, couples with relationship struggles, and adults who are on a path of "find themselves". This journey of self discovery is often prompted after experiencing traumatic events such as abuse, divorce, or health problems. It can also be a result of debilitating anxiety, low self esteem, or an introverted personality. It is my passion to help individuals learn to identify their strengths and to better understand themselves in order to create permanent change.
I implement a variety of therapeutic strategies to best fit each client on an individual level. I am known for my use of holistic therapy techniques to help my clients gain more self-awareness and appreciation for themselves, by using yoga, breath work, meditation, guided imagery, art and music therapy.
Looking for something more relaxed? I also offer online video therapy services for a portion of my clients. This sometimes feels more comfortable and can reduce anxiety while also allowing you to skip the stress of traveling to an office. Contact me for more information about this opportunity.
