In addition, I am also a SAP for the DOT, a CISM credentialed provider, with a focus on individual and mass community trauma, and a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Specialist. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I held significant corporate positions at a Fortune 500 Company (IBM) and partnered with one of America's Largest Private Companies (New Balance Athletic Shoe, Inc).

Therapy is client centered addressing issues causing distress. I have been in practice for 25 years and I am licensed in Texas and Georgia. Focus is on development of skills to improve quality of life exploring influence of family of origin and self defeating behaviors that get in the way of the process of change.
