As an Individual, Couples and Family Therapist, I utilize evidence-based theories to assist in the journey of healing. Dr. Kroll specializes in evidence-based interventions for a wide range of behavioral health and psychological conditions, including trauma, mood disorders, chronic pain, and stress. She also provides psychological assessments for diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, and clarification of cognitive/memory issues. Finally, she works closely with first responders and law enforcement to complete pre-employment evaluations as well as psychological first aid and disaster response.

Optimize Mind Care specializes in QEEG ("brain mapping") and Neurofeedback ("brain training" or EEG biofeedback). My practice is primarily family therapy where multiple family members participate. The majority of the families I work with have at least one, if not many, of the following diagnoses: AD/HD, oppositional defiant disorder, selective mutism, learning disorders (dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, pragmatic communication, etc), social communication disorder, autism, anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and/or bipolar disorder. I actively use Accelerated Resolution Therapy(ART) to help people gain relief from trauma and persistent unwanted thoughts. I also offer comprehensive reports for social security applications.
