As a graduate of UTSW and Lead Counselor at a Neuro Transitional Center in Dallas, I specialize in adjustment to disability and recovery from Traumatic Brain Injury, Post-Concussive Disorder, Acquired Brain Injury, Stroke and Spinal Cord Injury. Not only adjustment for the survivor but for their families and caregivers. I am passionate about helping individuals work toward having as much control over their lives as possible while providing the tools to do so. I will help them accomplish this through the use of methods that work best for them since therapy is not a “one-size-fits-all” process.

I am a Psychologist and have been providing therapy services for 20+ years in outpatient settings. A social worker once saved me and it ignited a fire within my soul to help others who struggle with trauma, women's issues, or suicidal ideation. I am an Air Force veteran, and I am passionate about helping fellow veterans, military members, and first responders. I also work with perinatal mood & anxiety disorders. I use an eclectic approach to helping my clients as I believe there is no "one size fits all" for everyone. I strongly believe that you have the answers, sometimes you just need help finding them!
