I also have over 3000 professional psychotherapy/counseling hours working with young adults and couples. My clients may be having difficulties with personal relationships, depression, anxiety, stresses of life, or workplace and or trauma. Psychotherapy is about helping people work through struggles and find balance in life. Christian, spiritual psychotherapy is available for clients who prefer a faith focus approach. My speciality is in trauma and addiction! I'm a retired USAF Chaplain, have been a college professor for 20 years, am a writer and speaker, and have counseled over 10K people in my career. My wife and I have always worked with couples and families, conducted seminars and retreats, and have seen people transformed, redeemed, healed, and set free. I have a very diverse professional and academic background but again, my expertise is in trauma and addiction. My name is Ron Saenz and I'm an LPC passionate about exploring the mind-body connection through DBT, mindfulness meditation, flow, yoga and martial arts.
