My ideal client is someone who is ready to face their pain, whatever that is and take accountability for what they can change or do differently now. They understand that growth is a daily practice. They seek honesty and vulnerability within, in order to become the best version of themselves. They are committed to taking control of their life by being the narrator of their life story.
My specialty includes coping skills to manage anxiety and depression, stress management, relationships issues, grief and so much more. My therapeutic approach is primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, however I utilize aspects of Reality Therapy and Solution -Focused Therapy. During our initial session, I’ll identify which approach is most appropriate.
Life without therapy is like being in a boxing match of life with no breaks between rounds. Therapy allows for the bell to be rung.
