I help with past trauma by processing in a SAFE environment, achieve emotional healing, coping strategies, and reduce symptoms. This can improve everyday functioning and prevent re-traumatization. I am trained to help clients take steps to achieve life long sobriety through honesty, support, and understanding.

I meet with individuals using a variety of approaches. Work with clients is determined by the problem brought to the session, beginning where you find yourself-cognitively, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I generally work with a client's life story, to look for origins of beliefs and problems, and to find ways to reframe the story so that it is not so limiting. I am experienced in the areas of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, anger management, conflict resolution, addiction, career counseling and various other issues.
