I am fundamentally motivated to lead others to overcome challenges & odds as I serve them by offering advice, education, treatment & emotional support helping to make an impact that produces positive substantial changes in their lives. In addition, I utilize labs and licensed pharmaceutical-grade nutraceuticals to help my clients achieve better health.

I believe that we are influenced by social and biological forces, but our life is not fixed because of them. Together we will explore and discover skills and a mindset to cope, resolve, and/or transition into the new chapter that waits. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with nine years of clinical experience, regularly working with individuals of all ages, addressing concerns such as ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions, and Self Esteem. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a Person-Centered approach, and a combination of many other modalities to provide tailored counseling to each person I work with during therapy. I believe in working closely with each client to foster a relationship that encourages greater self-acceptance, leading to growth and change in their lives.

During the therapeutic process, I challenge clients with the statement that I am "Daring You to Be YOU!" This challenge of personal acceptance is designed to help individuals to evaluate their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to determine what is hindering them from achieving their goals. As clients go through the therapeutic process, they learn to develop the intimacy (in-to-me-I-see) needed to develop the strength to face life's challenges. The ideal client wants therapeutic support in acknowledging personal triggers, defining happiness, developing healthy relationships, and identifying areas for personal development.
