I am usually the best fit for people who are motivated and looking to make difficult changes in their life that they have struggled with managing on their own and need more support with. My goal is to help you shrink the gap between where you are and where you want to be. I gently challenge limiting beliefs, whether it is perfectionism or "not enoughness" that usually hold people back from being their most authentic/compassionate selves.
