Do you feel trapped by fear, guilt, or judgment, keeping you in a cycle of self-sabotage? I specialize in serving individuals and couples over 18 to get out of rumination and into the rhythm of personal recovery from a variety of life events. These may include Co-occurring and Mood Disorders, Addiction for the Individual/Partner/or Client's Child, Only Children, Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), Newly Discovered Neurodiversity (ADHD, Autism, AuDHD). Relationship Phases and Shifts, or Workplace Stressors. Through collaboration and guided practice, I provide tools and strategies designed around your unique strengths and needs.
My philosophy of care includes mindfulness-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with a solid foundation of cognitive coaching, behavioral activation, and gentle accountability. Together, we will work on strengthening pragmatic social skills like conversation flow, perspective-taking, and interpreting social cues as part of the recovery routine.
Therapy is a nuanced process, and we'll look at your experiences through the trauma-informed lenses of mind, body, and spirit at a pace that works for you. This is purposefully a broad brushstroke as the concern that may bring you into therapy often extends itself into other domains, as we explore a lifetime of patterns, beliefs, and values.
