I help children/adolescents, adults, couples and seniors. I aim to help others who suffer from anxiety, self-esteem issues, depression and other mental health issues. Helping with life transitions, stress and life decisions is also how I aim to help others to live their best possible life. My greatest strength as a counselor is my ability to listen with empathy. In working as a school counselor I have years of experience in working with not only school aged children and adolescents, but in also working with their parents and extended families. Helping people determine their next steps towards resolution is one my strongest skills.
ACT treatment is used to help clients see in real terms how their life can be positively changed by accepting the conditions and circumstances around them. CBT treatment method is used to help my clients focus on how their thoughts can affect their behavior and how to use positive feedback to encourage new behaviors.
Ideally my clients are those who are trying to determine their place in their own world and what purpose they have in the community and how are they meant to find and follow their hearts desire.
