I am an associate level Marriage and Family Therapist, driven by a deep passion for creating a safe and supportive space where individuals and families can explore their thoughts and feelings. While I primarily work with kids and adolescents, I also extend my care to adults, addressing a wide range of presenting problems, including anxiety, ADHD, OCD, depression (including suicidal ideation), self-esteem issues, challenging behaviors (i.e. tantrums), and the impact of sexual abuse.
My therapeutic practice is grounded in an experiential approach, focusing on fostering emotional awareness and expression. Additionally, I often incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients achieve their goals. I'm also dedicated to my growth as a therapist, currently pursuing training in Trauma-Focused CBT.
My hope as a therapist is to help families navigate various life stages, and to provide support and guidance through the process, and I am committed to being a compassionate and thoughtful partner every step of the way. The relief and growth that clients experience in our work together is at the heart of my practice.
