| 中文 Trauma doesn’t always look like what we expect. It can show up as depression, irritability, anxiety, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others. Experiences such as childhood wounds, relationship pain, or cultural and societal pressures can leave the body stuck in survival mode. Healing begins with understanding how those experiences shape your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. In therapy, I integrate EMDR, IFS, and evidence-based methods like DBT, CBT to help you process trauma, release what no longer serves you, and build the emotional strength to move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
My clients experience therapy as a form of self-care. My approach toward therapy emphasizes self-exploration, self-compassion, and self-love. I help my clients build skills, resilience, and strength to become more confident and achieve their desired goals. I strive to provide a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental, and trusting space.
