The focus of my practice is to help folks who are struggling with difficult and complex issues. I specialize in major mental illness (schizophrenia, DID, OCD, PTSD, etc) as well as trauma, mood disorders, adults with autism and marginalized and oppressed populations (LGBTQIA+, people of the global majority, low income, abused, etc.). Because of the high need, I also have a group of clinicians who I supervise with these same focuses as well as focuses on adoption, grief, coping with chronic physical health concerns, family issues, art therapy, substance use and working with children.
My therapeutic approach draws from a variety of techniques tailored to each of my client's needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based Techniques, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Strengths-Based approaches.
I am passionate about serving diverse populations and committed to fostering a therapeutic space that is culturally sensitive, affirming, and client-centered, where individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.
