Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked as a First Responder for over 20 years and continue to work on the ambulance part-time.

As a Doctor of Behavioral Health, Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapist who works with an MD and a medical staff of highly trained professionals, I approach your treatment in a way that is unique from most. I specialize in treating anxiety-related disorders including panic attacks, phobias, OCD, and PTSD.

My background as a Junior High and High School counselor also gives me a wealth of experience from which to draw when working with families and adolescents. My ultimate goal is to empower you to make positive life changes while renewing your hope and confidence in your own ability to achieve a healthy and fun balance in all aspects of your life.

Suffering is a real thing in this world, such things as grief, depression, addiction, social skills, communication, parenting, dating, marriage, identify and other issues that can cripple a person. I offer professionally competent Biblically sound counseling for those that may be struggling and I know that reaching out for help is hard and telling your story to someone you don't even know can be scary and I completely understand that.
