I specialize in anxiety/depression, eating disorders/body issues, and marriage/relationship issues. I became a therapist to specifically help people who suffer from these issues. I understand the emotional, physical, and relationship impact that anxiety, anger, depression, and eating disorders have on you. I will help you feel empowered and to achieve your goals. I am trained in EMDR and techniques that help unique issues.

My passion is treating clients who have endured trauma. I'm trained in EMDR. I combine EMDR with narrative therapy to help clients resolve and reprocess the traumatic event. I love working with clients who suffer from depression, bipolar, and personality disorders. I also work with couples and families who are in crisis. I am also endorsed by the American Psychotherapy Association as a Board Certified Professional Counselor.

We use a variety of techniques that are tailored to meet the needs of our clients with a special interest in self esteem/self worth issues, codependency, NPD & unconscious programming. Some individuals are unaware of limiting thoughts, beliefs & memories and stay stuck. Trapped trauma and unconscious programming plays a major role in mental & physical health problems as well as interpersonal relationships. In addition to psychotherapy we offer a unique & transformational experience called Zerobody Dry Flotation to aid and accelerate the healing process and to re program unconscious programming (one's blueprint of self and life).
