I counsel individuals, couples and families on building better relationships, caring for health and body symptoms, and provide coaching for career/work vision and direction. Changes in work, relationships and our bodies can be difficult to navigate; sometimes we need support to deal with life's issues.
My method is based on Processwork. It is an awareness based approach that uses your own experiences for wellness. By unfolding our experiences and getting to know them in a deeper way we can find meaning in the difficulties we face which can lead to a whole new exciting way of experiencing life.
I have a background in environmental studies and natural therapies. My passion is to use creative methods including: art, movement, role-playing and dreamwork. Through these creative solutions can be found within our experiences.
