Accepting New Clients! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have about 8 years of experience with adult individuals, couples, adolescents and families in agency settings and private practice. I like working with adults and mature teens with a variety of mental health and relationship concerns. I have a relaxed, relational approach, and practice from a person-centered basis. I seek to know those that I see at a deep level, and believe that everyone is capable of understanding and changing aspects of themselves given a positive and supportive therapy environment. I strive to instill hope and promote personal growth and healing.

I provide therapy for many issues, including anxiety, addictions, men's masculinity and relationship issues, sexual issues, depression, trauma, and challenging life-transitions. Within the container of therapy, you will be pushed beyond your mental and emotional comfort zones. This style of 'depth work' is often the more demanding, but more encompassing and rewarding line of work.

Welcome! I specialize in adults who are on The Autism Spectrum or suspect they might be. I offer evaluations, diagnoses, counseling and advocacy. It is my belief that autism is "another order" rather than a "dis-order" and that people on The Spectrum bring a unique set of skills and a new perspective to the world.

I'm a good listener......I won't fall asleep or interrupt to discuss my own agenda. I won't tell you to divorce your spouse or to stop compulsively overeating. I will help you find your own solutions and offer support as you take, sometimes very challenging, steps towards healing.

As a therapist with 40 years of experience, I've helped hundreds of people overcome their challenges. Whether it's anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, difficulty finding the right life partner, or loss and grief resulting from a separation or death, I have the counseling skills and experience to help you solve your problems. I'm also specialized in and love working with couples. In addition I am trained in EMDR, a protocol for resolving trauma.
