Hello everyone, please welcome and allow me to first begin in thanking you. The choice to start therapy isn’t always easy, sometimes it is the most difficult thing to do is to even consider it, then admit you want/need it before even taking the steps to start, but you are not alone on this journey. Perhaps there has been times that you have found yourself feeling stressed, down, lacking confidence, or stuck in a pattern that no longer serves you. Perhaps you’re ready to take steps toward changes but feel stuck or unsure where to start. Or even feeling lost in your relationships in life or even disconnected from them.

Welcome, I invite you into a safe healing space. l imagine you have been struggling with your mood, life changes, perhaps loss of a loved one, past difficulties lingering or general difficulty to manage. Conceivably, there could be many pain points of what brought you here to my page. Nonetheless, you clearly have a motivation to obtain a sense of wellness and healing. I am a Bilingual Psychotherapist (English-Spanish) graduated as a Clinical Psychologist I obtained my License as a Mental Health Counselor in New York where I have been practicing as a psychotherapist for over 20 years. I have wide experience working with the Hispanic population. I help clients with anxiety, depression, low self esteem and family issues. I am truly dedicated to providing and empathetic and non judgmental environment where your concerns are heard.

As we walk through life, our experiences can often leave us feeling disconnected or even shattered; however, life also offers opportunities to heal in the deepest sense of the word. In our work together, it is my intention to walk alongside you as you find your way to your highest, most centered self. In my work, I have found that everyone collects trauma along the way and that within the context of a therapeutic relationship, meaning can be created and transformation occurs.
