I have been working in the field for the past six years. I have experience working with anxiety and panic issues, trauma, mood disorders, depressive symptoms, relationship and marital issues, and more. I have been trained in Cognitive behavioral therapy, Solution focused therapy, Mindfulness based therapy, Crisis Management, Trauma focused therapy, Somatic experiencing, Mindfulness based stress reduction and Breathwork.
