My name is Crystal Antle and I am a LCSW. I hold a certification in dialectical behavioral therapy and have years of expertise in the treatment, diagnosis and management of personality disorders. My experience lies in working with both adolescents and adults living with chronic disease, mental health difficulties, personality issues, life transition, adjustment difficulties and disability. As a therapist, my job is to help you recognize the barriers that are holding you captive, help you devise a plan to overcome those barriers, and encourage you as you see them through. Our clients range in ages between 25 and 75. Their needs are varied but so are our services. Except for age, we do not limit ourselves to a particular niche of service. We provide help for over 200 presenting issues. From Addiction to Writers' Block and everything in between. The majority of our clients come to us for smoking cessation, weight loss, generalized anxiety and depression, trauma, relationship issues, OCD, ADHD and ADD.

The services provided at Healthy Progressions include individual therapy targeting clients with, but not limited, to the following diagnosis: Major depression, PTSD, Bipolar, Anxiety, OCD, Adjustment disorder, Eating disorders as well as those with a history of grief and trauma. The population served will be individuals of all genders ranging from 6 years of age and older.

I specialize in individuals who suffer from behavior, social, mental, and emotional barriers. My educational and clinical experience has equipped me with years of training analyzing behavior and mental disorders along with social and emotional adjustment. I utilize an integrative approach to counseling. Through my experience as a counselor I have gained competencies in mental processes and disorders and various therapeutic techniques such as behavior modification techniques, positive self-talk, coping skills, mindfulness, anger-management skills, and much more. I have a strong passion to educate and sow into the life's of others.

One of the goals of counseling is to gain knowledge and insight into problematic behaviors, beliefs, feelings, and relationship issues. I believe that a person can come into the knowledge of self to regain control, motivation, and self-worth to reach their full potential. In this I believe in establishing realistic and achievable goals for individuals and families that will bring forth true freedom. I incorporate several therapeutic techniques and interventions that are designed for the individual client that includes but not limited to; person centered, brief solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

The purpose of therapy is to restore the client to a healthy state of life by helping to remove barriers that may hinder this process. I specialize in the mental health care of children, adults, couples and families. My services include individual, group, marriage counseling and family therapy. Parent training, workshops, play therapy and prevention groups are also offered. I have twenty years experience working within the field of mental health. I utilize a number of therapeutic techniques and interventions that are tailored to the the client. I'm an Independent Assessor, Clinical Supervisor, mentor and consultant.

For the last 24 years, I have welcomed the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, adults, and elderly through empowering, advocating, educating and facilitating services to assist them in reaching their goals. I have experience working with behavioral disorders, anxiety, depression, school related issues, victims of abuse and neglect, mood disorders, childhood disorders, at-risk youth, anger management, emotional distress, and Employee Assistance Program matters.
