Are you struggling with food, weight/body image? We will look deep into distorted beliefs/body connection. TRAUMA THERAPY-Everyone's life includes some difficulties, but I specialize in working with people who are struggling to deal with the aftermath of deep traumas such as rape, sexual and/or physical abuse, serious accidents or unresolved pain from damaging childhoods or past relationships. Sometimes your pain causes you to lash out at others in anger or retreat from life in an attempt to protect yourself. Healing and transformation is possible through the therapeutic process.
I offer a cutting-edge cognitive therapy technique called "Lifespan Integration"(LI). This gentle method based on research in neuroscience and human attachment theories, promotes rapid healing in adults who experienced childhood abuse/neglect, trauma or dysfunction. LI has helped patients with anxiety, depression, PTSD, DID and golf performance issues.
As a Christian, I enjoy providing integrated faith-based therapy to those who seek it.
