I focus on clients with food addiction, binge eating, depression, anxiety, body image, self-esteem and interventions for major life changing events. As a relational therapist, I believe subconscious beliefs and programming are responsible for many of our self-sabotaging behaviors. These impact our relationships and are typically inherited during our upbringing.
