With 40+ years working as a psychologist, I work with a variety of clients struggling with mental health and life issues. Many clients seek my help for anxiety, depression, serious and persistent mental illness and life transitions. My patients include children as young as 7, adolescents, adults and seniors in their 80's. Clients are often referred to me for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, relationship issues and sports-related performance concerns. I also have experience working with individuals and families where there are life-threatening health issues, infertility and pregnancy loss for both mothers and fathers.
As a personal trainer for 22 years experience, I worked with Division I athletes, high school athletes and recreational athletes regarding athletic performance enhancement and performance anxiety. I also have experience working with individuals and families where there are life-threatening health issues.
I offer evening and Saturday appointments most weeks.
