Accepting New Clients Making the decision to begin therapy is a hard one. You are choosing to come to a trained specialist in mental health, and regurgitate all of your deepest feelings, emotions, and possibly a traumatic past. Working in mental health for the past 5 years, I have learned that mental health is a part of your personal growth and well being. It's a way to heal mentally, spiritually, and to learn to forgive. Forgiveness and grace may be needed in yourself. You will learn how to be your better and greater self, one day at a time.

I am committed to helping individuals with complex traumas, substance misuse, and situations that negatively impact our lives. My work focuses on using psychodynamic, humanistic, and behavioral approaches to assist my clients with a variety of diagnoses. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to assist my clients in reaching their goals. I am passionate about working with my client while remaining ethical. As a bilingual Mexican with a military background, I genuinely believe that we all come from different roots and are united by trying to achieve a life of fulfillment through the various challenges we face.

I primarily help clients who are struggling with self-love and have negative, harmful relationships with their bodies. I help clients develop a new and healthy relationship with their bodies. In session, I seek to learn more about thoughts and behaviors as well as the role that they play with their emotions. I believe wholeheartedly that each client has everything they need within and around them to heal.
