I work with the goal of assisting my clients to rediscover hope and help them with their struggles of coping with many life issues such as grief, anxiety, depression, and unprocessed trauma. I work primarily from a systems perspective. Many people come to therapy as individuals, couples, and families thinking that communication is the main concern. How we have learned to communicate comes from our familial relationships growing up. Understanding what we have learned and how it contributes to our current relationships helps us to better understand our triggers and process through the way one thinks giving direction for improvement.
