ADHD, anxiety, depression and trauma are the issues I have the most experience with (20 years worth). I enjoy working with children, adults, seniors, couples, individuals and small families. I especially enjoy working with humans with ADHD, anxiety, Vegans and those interested in trying a plant predominate lifestyle and/or those seeking to improve their health.

As a clinician with over 25 years direct practice experience I offer clients the opportunity to learn how to live their best lives through the use of psychotherapy, counseling, and lifestyle coaching. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing difficulties and challenges in their life. I treat trauma, secondary effects of trauma, depression, anxiety, and a variety of other mental health related issues. body image issues, body dysmorphic disorder, sugar and food addiction, and personality disorders.
