Hello, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults, couples, and children experiencing grief, chronic illness, weight loss, and substance abuse issues. I am also a Certified Parent Coach with experience working with parents, foster parents, grandparents and teachers that may be struggling with children who have some behavioral issues. My goal is to provide an outlet for you to have emotional safety and help you identify your emotions. My approach utilizes CBT as well as Mindfulness techniques to provide you with adaptive coping strategies that allow you to slow down, and work to heal negative thinking.
