Hi!
I have experience working with a wide variety of individuals, as well as group dynamics. I highly enjoy working with clients that are on the spectrum, building and incorporating interpersonal skills. I have ample experience working in the substance use field, trauma related issues, military personnel, and diverse multicultural populations. I have experience working with ages ranging from early adolescents to elderly individuals. I am hoping to provide a healthy, safe environment for all those that want to seek treatment.
I am trained and certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I can also offer ways to incorporate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) thinking and skills. I also co-facilitate a DBT skills group. If none of these seem appealing, we can also conduct talk therapy and take our time to process what we need!
