Are you struggling to manage your anxiety, stress, and overall emotions? We often neglect our emotional and mental health, especially in today's demanding world. Through counseling, guidance, and therapy I can help you overcome your struggles, strengthen your emotional and mental health, and in turn help you live a more purposeful, satisfying, happy life. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Qualified Supervisor for mental health interns and have been practicing clinically for over 10 years. I have helped clients find relief from depression, anxiety, anger, traumatic stress, and more.
My role is to empathetically and genuinely form a trusting alliance with my clients, helping them succeed. As I incorporate different skills and strategies in my clinical work, I take a humanistic, person-centered approach when working with my clients and build on their strengths and resources.
