Hi, my name is Krystal Vasconcelos, LICSW and I am a founder of WE Consulting & Psychotherapy (WE). Licensed in New York, Massachusetts and RI. WE acknowledges that taking this first step in improving your mental and physical wellness can be overwhelming. When the Core Self is not navigating our parts we encounter roadblocks. These roadblocks may consist of anxiety, emotional eating, self-loathing or other disturbing emotions or behaviors. In treatment we will discover your barriers and develop a roadmap leading to you attaining your goals.
WE's therapists utilize multiple approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Non-directive play therapy and Tapping. Each therapist specializes in introducing or reconnecting an individual with their Core Self. The Core Self is at the center of all the parts that comprise the individual.
It can be difficult navigating through the process of change alone. Together we will develop a partnership and use an array of therapeutic tools that fit your needs. Through our partnership we will start to problem solve and develop the skills to attain progress and move forward in your goals.
