As a Cognitive behavioral specialist, my aim is to offer new perspectives that promote mental growth and resilience, helping you to gain clarity and find purpose. I specialize in working with those suffering from PTSD/CPTSD, anger issues and addiction, as well as empaths and survivors of narcissistic abuse. I also support couples stuck in toxic relationships or who may feel trapped in unhealthy dynamics. I’m here to offer support and guidance!

With 20 years as a Senior leader and experience in philosophy, psychology, and cognitive awareness, I have devoted my time to understanding the complexities of human thought and behavior. I work with anyone from Veterans, Wounded Warrior's, First Responders, and all those facing physical or emotional challenges.
