My therapeutic orientation is trauma-informed, solution-focused, research and strength-based. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, DBT, and IFS. I help you learn mindfulness, somatic interventions, spiritual, and mostly evidence-based therapies. Starting therapy takes courage, but it can be a highly fulfilling and transformative experience.
It's my goal to create a therapeutic environment that feels comfortable, safe, and trusting for my clients. I work with people to address their specific needs and identified goals.
