Sometimes the roots of our psychic pain can be hard to see, showing up instead as anxiety, depression, or a lingering sense of “what’s wrong with me?” Together we slow down and explore your history and patterns. My work blends multiple therapy styles tailored spefically to your needs. My own life experiences led me to this work, and helping others heal is deeply meaningful for me. We’ll work to understand your story, heal wounded parts, and learn to navigate these challenges together.
I’m not your typical talk therapist—its more important that you feel and see positive changes, and not just come to endless sessions. Using modalities like CBT, EMDR, and attachment therapy, I help adults, couples and teens work through trauma, anxiety, and depression. Nuerodivergence and clients with substance use challenges are a specialty of mine.
