Anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, shutdown, relationship difficulties or substance use may be signs of deeper trauma, neurodivergence or unresolved experiences. You may have received several diagnoses and still wonder, “Why does life feel this difficult?” Together, we will slow things down, make sense of your experiences and identify what is keeping you stuck—without reducing you to a label.
Therapy with me is active, collaborative and focused on meaningful change—not simply discussing the same problems week after week. I specialize in helping adults and older teens work through trauma, ADHD, autism, dissociation, anxiety, depression and substance use concerns. Depending on your needs, we may incorporate parts work, attachment therapy, or EMDR
My own life experiences led me to this profession and shaped my belief that people can heal, rebuild and create lives that feel more authentic.
