I have helped clients navigate a diverse range of issues, from managing daily stressor to more complex struggles, such as personality disorders, trauma, & serious mental illness. It is my aim to help clients through this process by providing a supportive and validating environment where positive transformation & healing and can occur.
I've worked with individuals, families, couples and groups for over 20 years and have education, experience, & training in a variety of evidence-based practices. I've supported individuals seeking to improve self-awareness; to those in high-risk professions (law enforcement, medical); or court ordered to treatment (reunification, anger, domestic violence).
