I have been in Private Practice for over 30 years serving Teens, Adults and Families. My years of experience helping 1000's of clients and my laid back personality, makes it easy for my clients to share openly and gain my trust easily. I take a non judging approach to my work and I get a good understanding of what's really going on through my clients world view. I believe how we think leads to how we feel. I also believe asking the right questions helps one to see things more clearly and get on the right path to success. Wayne is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in Teen Issues, Relationship Issues, Life Issues, Work problems, Parenting Issues and Grief and Trauma Work. My main approach to Therapy is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. Most of my Clients come to me to deal with everyday challenges we all share in common.
