Life is challenging, and sometimes we need a different way of thinking to help us move forward. My approach focuses on understanding yourself and developing the awareness to respond rather than simply react.

I have over 20 years of experience in Philosophy, Psychology, Mental Health Coaching and Cognitive Awareness. Devoting my time to understanding the complexities of human thought and behavior, I specialize in working with Active Military, Veterans, Wounded Warrior's, First Responders, plus those facing physical and/or emotional challenges.
